The Rotary Leadership Institute is a grassroots, multi-district leadership development program whose mission is to strengthen Rotary clubs through quality leadership education. The mission of the District 5500 Rotary Leadership Institute is to provide an up-to-date, practical, and user-friendly educational opportunity in a convenient online or in-person format. Courses are provided to foster leadership skills and Rotary knowledge with the intent to inspire club members to be enthusiastic, informed, creative and dedicated leaders. Many club members of District 5500 have attended RLI and heartily recommend the experience. The curriculum is designed for both experienced and new Rotarians. Participation will definitely enhance your Rotary experience. The Institute is composed of three course sessions. This year, course one will be offered in an online format on April 27th from 8:45 - 12:15 pm. Opportunities to attend Course 1 and Course 2 will be offered in person at the District 5500 Conference of Clubs this fall. Next year, there will be an opportunity to attend Course 3. There is no cost to attend the online session. The content of the upcoming April session is: Course 1: My Rotary World- My Rotary World
